Important consist of success is a multilevel system of training of AES personnel, implemented by consultants A DAN DZO: introductory presentation, training seminars, workshops on the PC business games and final testing. Consultants A DAN DZO able to automate the centralized delivery mechanisms through the implementation of information system manager of centerdelivery "Ameradi" and its integration with the corporate information system.

AES leadership has expressed gratitude to the consultants A DAN DZO for their professionalism, practicality and high efficiency of the design decisions and confirmed their readiness to further cooperation.

Improving the logistics functions of one of the largest industrial companies in Central Asia, 2010

Industry: Metallurgy

Project goals: Optimize and improve the functions of logistics, warehousing and transportation activities, as well as informational support of logistic processes of the Trade House of the Corporation and a division of the branches: East Kazakhstan, Karaganda and the Balkhash region.

Project results:

  • Designed and implemented a regulatory base, standardizing procurement departments of the Corporation achieved to improve the quality of supply and reducing transaction costs for procurement activities by centralizing procurement at the regional level.
  • Implemented information system to automate the supply of industrial enterprises in the regional branches of the Corporation.
  • Reduced average inventory level at the supply depot with a simultaneous increase in the level of execution of orders of production.
  • Improved handling, performance and safety of TMC warehousing companies Balkhash and Karaganda regions.
  • Improved service and reduced costs of performing the requests for delivery of CAM from warehouses to supply the point of consumption.
  • Is the integration of information systems automation involved in the planning, accounting and control of transport and storage and movement of commodities and materials (CAM) to improve the efficiency of information processing, workflow and minimize human factor.
  • Achieved improved regulation and monitoring of the withdrawal process for outsourcing.

 Project to improve logistics functions is a continuation of cooperation with a production company since 2008 Over the years, A DAN DZO completed projects for logistics audit and optimize logistics company of the customer.

Customer Guide commended the work done and the results and decided to continue cooperation with A DAN DZO to create a Department of supply, improvement of storage and transport activities, completion of the introduction of a new information system in the branches of the Company.
